According to Alphaliner, a consultancy company, the 8th Asia-US east coast loop will be open on May 9 this year, when 10 10000-11400teu container ships will be deployed. These container ships will be through the Panama Canal and be berthed on Yantian, Ningbo, Zhoushan, Shanghai, Busan, Norfolk, Savannah, Charleston and Miami, and return to Yantian within 10 weeks.
